Lt. Harris (G.W. Bailey) is a by-the-book cop who is disgusted by the crew of slobs he’s forced to train thanks to a law allowing anyone to join the police force. While the guy can come off like a career man who’s always looking to “keep the little guy down,” part of his job is to make sure the people protecting the citizens are trained properly.
