FLIGHT OF THE NAVIGATOR (1986)
On the surface, Flight of the Navigator is about a 12-year-old kid who gets hunted down by NASA — those guys are total dicks — because he successfully (and unknowingly) travels through space and time on an alien spacecraft. It’ll take you back to when you’d see movies like this as a kid and want to murder the main character because when something unimaginably cool happened to him, he managed to eff it up at every single turn.
