Stand in the middle of two chairs, one in front of you and one behind (you can modify the exercise by using only a chair behind you and putting your feet on the floor). Brace yourself with both hands on the seat edge of the chair behind you, then put your feet on the seat of the chair you’re facing; you should be suspended above the floor with your legs fairly straight. Now lower yourself as low as you can go and press back up. Congratulations — you’re now performing both a great tricep exercise and a terrible Cirque du Soleil act.
