Minute Six: Curls
This will not require dumbbells, although if you have them, use them. Let’s assume you’re working the routine at home and don’t have equipment. Grab anything you can hold in your hand that’s an appropriate weight: a loaded suitcase, your girlfriend’s morbidly obese cat, etc. Try doing the curls with your back against the wall. This forces you to keep your back straight and makes your biceps do all the work.
