#14. People were pissed that Rick and the gang stayed on the farm so long during Season 2. There was a lot of turnover that caused some hiccups in production — namely that of creator and showrunner Frank Darabont being replaced — but Carl getting shot set in motion Shane killing Otis and the eventual escape from the farm. Also, we thought they just strapped an intern to the hood of a car with a GoPro on his head to get shots like these. Obviously we were incorrect.
