5.) While the majority of women are well-informed about breast cancer, men are not as knowledgeable about testicular cancer. Only 36% of 18-34 men were confident about the signs and symptoms of the disease.
6.) Even fewer men, 1 in 3, knew how to perform a testicular self-exam. The Testicular Cancer Society recommends men do this monthly, and provides instructions for the uninformed 2 out of 3.
