Baby Driver (2017)
Now here’s one you’re probably gonna want to lay your eyes on this year. The freshly released heist flick, Baby Driver, comes straight from well-known director Edgar Wright, who is recognized for this fast, action-oriented and often hilarious movies like The World’s End, Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, Hot Fuzz and Shaun of the Dead. Baby Driver focuses on a young and extremely talented driver named Baby (played by Ansel Elgort). After being lured to work for a crime boss, Baby gets involved into a highly risky heist and, of course, things don’t go as planned… The movie features Kevin Spacey, Jamie Foxx, Lily James and others.

Den of Thieves (2018)
The soon-to-be-released flick, Den of Thieves, definitely seems promising, especially if you are keen on heist-themed stories. This one involves an experienced thief who is caught between two types of criminals. So on the one side you have a bunch of criminals who are addicted to heists and are eager to pull off their biggest jobs yet, and on the other you have a bunch of ruthless cops who will stop at nothing to take them down. Does the Federal Reserve ring any bells? Starring Gerard Butler, 50 Cent, Pablo Schreiber, O’Shea Jackson Jr., Evan Jones, Dawn Olivieri, Mo McRae, and Max Holloway, Den of Thieves is set to hit theaters on January 18, 2018.
