While it’s walk-in only, cash-only, the shop has five barbers: two guys and three gals. If you have a preference, their website shows the artisans along with their cutting hours; at the shop, just chalk your name on the board! Clients repeatedly rave about awesome fades that are true fades, and you can get manly manicures here, too – really! Rough Cuts sports a barber pole and a neon barber light in a yellow-brick shop front. Inside, modern gray-and-white ceramic floor and gleaming pedestal sinks scream clean, while wood cabinetry promises magical pomades and razor-sharp scissors. A men’s haircut will cost you $21, but remember, it’s cash only, and you’ll have to wait your turn.
