1. TURN AN EYELINER PENCIL INTO GEL EYELINER
You can instantly turn any eyeliner pencil into gel eyeliner with a little help from fire. First, find two sticks and rub them together … okay, we’re kidding.
Simply light the end of the pencil with a match or lighter for a second or two, let it cool slightly (about 15 seconds) and apply like your normally would. The heat will help supply a glossy finish like that of a gel eyeliner. Seriously, it’s that easy.
