13. USE SALINE SOLUTION TO REFRESH FLAKY MASCARA
If you wear contacts you have saline around the house; if you don’t, grab a travel size bottle at the drug store in case you need to re-wet flaky mascara. Simply add a between 3-5 drop to the mascara, mix it up, and apply. Using water isn’t a good idea; it might cause more flakiness. And if it’s a waterproof mascara — shocker — it won’t work at all.
