Mary Helen Bowers
Former New York City Ballet dancer, Bowers is the founder and CEO of the highly effective and internationally popular Ballet Beautiful series. Bowers also constructed one of the first online fitness studios. She has been featured on CNN, ABC, Harper’s Bazaar and the Wall Street Journal.
