Clara Shih is CEO and co-founder of Hearsay Social. After creating the first social business application, and writing a New York Times best-seller, Shih partnered with former Stanford classmate Steve Garrity to create Hearsay Social in 2009. The company’s social media marketing management platform lets businesses engage their customers directly.
