#13. Josh Trank, the mercurial director of the 2015 flop Fantastic Four, repeatedly isolated himself from the cast or crew, and caused upwards of $100,000 in damage to one of the studio’s rented houses in Baton Rouge. When the landlord attempted to evict him, Trank disfigured photographs in the house, and soon became the subject of a civil suit. Afterward, he slammed the finished version of the film, saying:
“A year ago I had a fantastic version of this. And it would’ve received great reviews. You’ll probably never see it.”
