We love our Funyons, too, so we understand that bad snacking is a difficult habit to kick. Start by making small snacks substitutions and healthier choices. For example, skip out on a sugary energy bar for a handful of raw almonds, or peanut butter on toast. Eventually, you can cut them out on most days. Allow yourself a day or two a week where you snack a little.
