This sounds like an extremely inefficiently run correctional facility. Lots of needless waiting for burrito eating, busses that don’t run on time, endlessly repeated questions about homosexuality. These guys need the Gordon Ramsay of prisons — uh, whoever that is? — to come in and right the ship.
