Star Wars Sequel Continues Where the Previous Left Off
Yeah, while this is very much unconfirmed because Disney managed to keep every part of the storyline under wraps. There’s good indication that the plot will continue exactly where the previous movie left off, which is the first time a Star Wars movie will do this. Daisy Ridley was already revealed that she’s going to continue her interaction with Jedi Luke Skywalker, and according to many, this will finally bring back the spotlight on Luke’s character. Hamill recently said about Luke’s the character “… made a huge mistake in thinking that his nephew was the chosen one, so he invested everything he had in Kylo, much like Obi-Wan did with my character. And he is betrayed, with tragic consequences. Luke feels responsible for that. That’s the primary obstacle he has to rejoining the world and his place in the Jedi hierarchy, you know? It’s that guilt, that feeling that it’s his fault, that he didn’t detect the darkness in him until it was too late.”
