#2. An Idiot Wears A Self-Incriminating Shirt
“WHO NEEDS DRUGS.” This was written on a John Balmer’s shirt as he strolled into aPasco County Kmart store. A cop spotted the due in line as the guy attempting to give someone standing behind him a bag. Clearly not adhering to drug dealing 101, he wasn’t inconspicuous. The officer confronted him, found marijuana and meth, and placed the man under arrest.
