Grabbing things off the bumpers of moving cars and handing them to the drivers of moving cars probably isn’t the best idea if you own a motorcycle. But this guy managed to do it without ending up in a full body cast. The Evel Knievel of the morning commute sees a coffee mug on the rear bumper of a moving Ford Explorer, chases down the SUV, grabs the cup from the bumper — no easy feat, as anyone who’s ever ridden a motorcycle knows — then hands the cup to its rightful owner without spilling a drop.
The word “hero” is thrown a lot these days. But in this case, it clearly applies. Just don’t tell that to the driver of the SUV, who reacts to the whole thing as though it happens to her every day.
