What do I wear to a beach wedding?
A beach wedding is all about being unstructured and comfortable. Forget your suit and think linen. A pair of tan-colored linen pants and a crisp white or ivory short-sleeved buttoned shirt is all you need. (A traditional short-sleeved dress shirt is not right for this occasion, Sipowicz. Those shirts are made to be tucked in.)
Look for a shirt cut straight across the bottom or where the sides aren’t sewn together the entire way down. These shirts are made to be worn un-tucked and will fit you in an appropriately loose way.
Nice leather flip-flops are OK. Don’t forget sunglasses and sunscreen.
