What kind of tuxedo should I rent for a black-tie wedding?
There are many tuxedo styles to choose from, but as a guest at a wedding, you want to keep it simple and understated. Stick with traditional one- or two-button styles.
Even though the store will have a myriad of vest and cummerbund colors to choose from, stick to muted tones only. If you prefer a cummerbund and bow tie, black is always your best option.
If you prefer a vest and European tie (the long ones like a normal necktie), don’t be alarmed by the color and pattern choices. Choose any pattern in black, silver and dark blue.
